1. Medical Doctor – 1 position
A medical doctor is expected to be the first line person to promote wellness of patient through instructing them on proper preventive care, diets, exercise. being proactive in conducting physical examination, diagnosing and treating holistically.
An experienced medical doctor who is capable of performing the following duties among others
· Graduate from a recognized and accredited university
· Board registered with updated practicing licence
· Familiar with Tanzanian treatments guideline for TB, HIV, Pead etc
· Have experience of more than 1-year post internship
· Detail oriented, compassionate, kind hearted, teacher oriented, leader, developed problem solving technique
· Able to hold managerial position
· Knowledgeable on Microsoft package, google package and internet use
· High degree of integrity and physical stamina
· (A doctor with surgical skills and experience to perform surgeries without supervision is preferred)
2. Nurses – 3 position
· Hold a diploma from recognized and accredited college
· Board registered with updated practicing licence
· Familiar with Tanzanian treatments guideline for TB, HIV, Peads etc
· Have experience of more than 2-year after school with knowledge on MTUHA registry book and other necessary documents as well as able to provide nursing care
· Detail oriented, compassionate, kind hearted, teacher oriented, leader, developed problem solving technique
· Knowledgeable on Microsoft package, google package and internet use
· High degree of integrity and physical stamina
· Able to hold managerial positions
3. Laboratory technician – 2 position
· Hold a diploma from recognized and accredited college
· Board registered with updated practicing licence
· Familiar with Tanzanian lab protocols and procedures
· Have experience of more than 2-year
· Detail oriented with knowledge on laboratory documentations, sample processing and results dispatch
· Compassionate, kind hearted, teacher oriented, leader, developed problem solving technique
· Able to hold managerial position
· Knowledgeable on Microsoft package, google package and internet use
· High degree of integrity and physical stamina
4. Pharmaceutical technician – 1 position
· Hold a diploma from recognized and accredited college

· Familiar with Tanzanian Pharmaceutical standard protocol and procedures
· Have experience of more than 2-year
· Detail oriented with knowledge on pharmaceutical documentations and dispensing

· Have experience of more than 2-year

7. Medical attendant / community health worker- 1 position
· Hold a certificate from recognized and accredited college
· Familiar with daily polyclinic routines
· Have experience of more than 1-year

8. Laundry and Cleaner – 2 position
Holder of at least a form four education, with kind tender heart, good communication skills, high integrity and physical stamina
