1. TRA ENTRY FOLLOW UP

2. RECORD KEEPING

• – Keep excel record for the closed files
• – Arrange files in order and must have access to all the times.

3. PREPARE CONTAINER IN AND OUT REPORT – CFS

4. EXPORT DOCUMENTATION (BY SEA / BY ROAD/BY AIR

• – Drafting the documents
• – Contact shipping lines and other authorities and get the draft documents done.
• – Co-ordinating with co-staff and arrange the original documents upon final confirmation from the reporting officer.
• – Follow up on each file till it is closed.
