Responsibilities

3. Promptly and empathetically handled guest concerns and complaints.
4. Recognise the customer’s circumstance and offer the best remedy
5. Ensure that all guests have a positive experience at the hotel
6. Professionally respond to customer complaints; make an effort to successfully resolve complaints in accordance with established guidelines.
