## Duties and Responsibilities

 1.  To study all aspects pertaining to inspection, quality management and certification;
 2.  To study and implement the laboratory safety procedures and regulations;
 3.  To carry out analysis of sample as may be assigned by supervisor/trainer
 4.  ;To provide support to industries in all matters related to quality assurance;
 5.  To implement Regulations for Certification Schemes;
 6.  To conduct quality assurance training, consultancy and research;
 7.  To participate in preparation, implementation, maintenance and review of quality
     system;
 8.  To carry out verification of supplies and services;To carry out corrective and
     preventive actions;
 9.  To assist in safety and serviceability of equipment and apparatus; and

## Qualifications

Holder of Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, or equivalent qualifications from a recognized
institution.
