Bachelor of Education in Administration and Management

Programme Description

The main aim of this programme is to prepare professionals with cutting -age educational, administrative and management skills capable of not only stabilizing institutional micro-climates but also raising institutional performance beyond customary expectations. The courses in this degree programme will be delivered in a combination of lectures, seminar presentations, projects, self-studies, and teaching practices (in first and second years of the study). The selection of course content is based on the objectives of the programme and institutional micro – climates. The mode of assessment will be made up of 40% course work and 60% final examination. The programme will be evaluated by students through Students’ Course Evaluation Forms (SCEF) at the end 118 of every semester to evaluate the courses they have done. Every student has to take courses in two teaching subjects: one being (major subject) and another being (minor subject) as well as educational management related courses.

Learning Outcomes

  • Knowledge and skills in educational administration and management of educational institutions.
  • Capabilities in teaching content courses in their areas of specializations.
