Duties and Responsibilities

1. To design interactive applications based on deployment platform (e.g. web, mobile etc.);
2. To prepare functional and non-functional technical specifications;
3. To break down program specification into its simplest elements and translating this logic into a programming or scripting language;
4. To undertake coding, testing, debugging and installation of application programmes;
5. To configure appropriate application servers based on installed application program;
6. To prepare program documentation;
7. To develop installation and upgrade guidelines as well as computer systems configurations;
8. To provide support to system users for effective utilization of deployed systems;
9. To assist in Troubleshooting and resolving routine software applications problems; and
10. To perform any other duty as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Holder of a Bachelor Degree/Advanced Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or Computer Engineering  from recognized Institution.
