## Duties and Responsibilities

 1. This is a training post; the staff is required to undergo a Master’s Degree training
    programme.
 2. To undergo an induction course in pedagogic skills for those who had none before.
 3. To understudy senior members, including attending lectures, seminars, tutorials
    and practical training.
 4. To conduct tutorials, seminars and practicals.
 5. To assist in research, consultancies and outreach activities.
 6. To perform any other duties that the relevant authorities may assign

## Qualifications

Holder of Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
with B pass in Medical Pathology and a minimum overall GPA of 3.8 from a recognized
Institution. Applicants must be registered and recognized as general practitioner
by Medical Council of Tanganyika (MCT).
