## Duties and Responsibilities

i. To manage beekeeping operations including hive maintenance, queen rearing, honey
extraction and quality control, and pest/disease control;

ii. To conduct training sessions and capacity-building programs for farmers and 
community groups;

iii. To monitor and evaluate bee health, behaviour, and colony performance;

iv. To support research on pollination, honey production, and the effects of environmental
changes on bees;

v. To collect, process, and analyze data related to beekeeping and forest ecosystems;

vi. To collaborate with research scientists and stakeholders to disseminate and 
apply relevant research findings;

vii. To develop research proposals aimed at securing internal and external funding;

viii. To publish research outcomes in peer-reviewed scientific journals and other
media of publications;

ix. To perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

## Qualifications

Holder of Master and Bachelor Degree in Beekeeping from recognized institutions 
with minimum of an Upper Second Class or overall minimum of Grade B+ for unclassified
undergraduate Degrees.
