## Duties and Responsibilities

 1. To record and keep financial registry;
 2. To assist keeping files with accounts records;
 3. To assist recording and prepare payment vouchers and cheque and Post them in vote
    books;
 4. To assist in sending accounts documents and letters to the bank;
 5. To assist preparing bank reconciliation statements;
 6. To perform any other related duties as may be assigned time to time by Immediate
    Supervisor.

## Qualifications

Holder of Diploma in one of the following fields: Accountancy, Finance from recognized
institution. The candidate shall be required to attend and pass military recruit
course.
