What you’ll do
– Work with students and staff at the school
– Communicate with the parent community
– Forge relationships with government education stakeholders
– Run the Scholarship Application process, including conducting house checks to students’ homes
– Supervise members of the Community Relations team
– Develop and implement procedures

What we’re looking for
– Minimum Diploma in Community Development, Business Administration or other relevant degree
– Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably in an international NGO
– Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
– Fluent in English and Kiswahili (both written and verbal)
– Motivated self-starter with good attention to detail
