Minimum Education and Work Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field
· Prefer: Master’s degree in a related field
· 8+ years of experience in global philanthropy and global organizations
· 10+ years of experience in NGOs and/or business development operation
· Demonstrated track record of effectiveness and growth
· Work experience in facilitating proposal development fundraising in a complex organization
· Experience working with and facilitating teams with global staff and partners
Preferred Education and Work Experience:
· Prefer: Experience living or working in developing countries that aids in the understanding of program context and local realities
