Position : Fuel& Energy  Analyst

• We are looking for a Fuel& Energy  Analyst   to join our client team 

• To manage fuel& luku reconciliation
• Prepare, share and control fuel and LUKU budget on time
• To prepare and share all Fuel and luku report
• To manage all the customer requirement on Energy related matters
• To monitor OPEX saving by using fuel delivery tracker daily
•  To make follow-up on FCWO and FDWO data integrity, energy desk related tasks closure in the Service Now system.
• To manage Fuel stations stock of all fuel station for easy request of fuel addition
• To track all the site which delivered more fuel than planned amount
• To track all 1SVM performance daily
• To prepare and propose training for the team whenever necessary
• To attend all required operations meeting
• Prepare monthly LUKU and fuel budget projection.
• Participate on Monthly Fuel & Energy signoff with the customer
• Participate in consultation with employees and health and safety representative on safety
•  Enforce the use of protective clothing and equipment
•  Assess all risks before work starts on new areas of operation, for example, buying new equipment and setting up new work methods, and regularly review these risks
•  Remove unaccepted risks to safety and any unhealthy act
•  Make sure his/her safety and others safety is the first priority
•  Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Must be prepared to work extra hours as required.
•  Immediate response to emergency situations.
•  Multi-tasks and ability to work under all conditions
• Should be capable to work with multi departments.
