INVITATION FOR TENDERS
Good Neighbors Tanzania has set aside funds for the Design and Construction of Girls’ Dormitory Block for Nambinzo Secondary School during the financial year 2021/2022. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Proposed Construction of Girls Dormitory Block for Nambinzo Secondary School to be built at Nambinzo– Mbozi District, Songwe region.
Good Neighbors Tanzania now invites sealed Tenders from eligible and capable National contractor registered in Class V, Class VI and Class VII for carrying out the Construction of Girls Dormitory Block for Nambinzo Secondary School to be built at Nambinzo– Mbozi District, Songwe region.
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering specified in the Procurement Regulations, 2013 – Government Notice No.446 and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations unless otherwise stated in the Tender Data Sheet.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of Good Neighbors Tanzania, Head Office, Plot No. 2047, Block ‘K’, Boko Chama, Dar es Salaam from 08:00am to 04:00pm, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application at Good Neighbors Tanzania Head Office and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TShs. 100,000.00.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender security declaration as per form and properly filled.
All Tenders in one original plus three (3) copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered physically at the office of Good Neighbors-Tanzania Head Office, Plot No. 2047, Block ‘K’, Boko Chama, Dar es Salaam on or before 16th December 2021 at 10:00am. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter at the same address in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend.
Late Tenders portion of Tenders, electronic Tenders, and Tenders not received, Tenders not opened at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
