Sales Manager
We are now seeking an experienced Sales Manager and Senior Accountant for a leading company that produces Salt products used for both domestic and international purposes.
The Sales Manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and increasing sales; setting expectations and reaching goals;
- Establishing, strengthening and expanding customer relations;
- Serving client needs in a timely manner; increasing business opportunities through the use of various marketing channels;
- Creating sales strategies while setting goals;
- Collecting and analyzing customer accounts;
- Processing invoices for large orders;
- Obtaining customer feedback as well as conducting market research based on findings.
- He/she is also expected to stay up-to-date with sales trends, competitors, and must be willing to travel within the country areas.
Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Marketing) Five (5) years experience in this field Planning and implementing of Sales Strategies.
WORK LOCATION: One Chance is located in Uvinza, Kigoma Region, Burundi.
SALARY: Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Senior Accountant
The Senior Accountant position located in Uvinza, Kigoma Region requires a highly experienced professional with at least four years’ experience in finance and/or audit. Professional qualifications in accounting (CPA, ACA, or ACCA) are essential for this role.
This individual should possess excellent analytical and interpersonal skills to interact with teams across departments. In addition, they should be proficient using basic computer packages such as Tally and Microsoft Excel.
The successful candidate will ensure financial statements and end-of-month summaries are accurately prepared, account for fixed assets, create budget projections as requested by the Financial Controller (FC), CFO, or other relevant personnel; reconcile kiln stock daily and monthly; manage compliance documentation relating to PAYE, SOL, VAT filing; NSSF; WCF etc.; as well as any other duties assigned by the FC/CFO. A competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience is on offer.
