At Peak HR, we understand that although Human Resource operations are an integral part of all businesses, not all businesses have the need for a full time in-house HR department. Our business model is different from a traditional recruitment agency as we charge by the hour, not as a percentage of the salary of the role being filled. Subsequently, we are able to provide a much more affordable alternative to an agency.

When might you need us?
Peak HR understands that every business is unique and as such, will have their own strengths and challenges. We are flexible in our approach and are happy to be used as a need based recruitment service, for more specific HR projects or as a more structured, retained HR Service.
As organisations grow their need for a more dedicated HR service does too. To require a full time HR Manager an organisation should have around 80 employees. Having less employees does not mean that you will not have any HR requirements, and we are a flexible alternative to the provision of HR Services.
