Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority The Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority (TCAA) is responsible for ensuring the safety of civil aviation in Tanzania. The TCAA works closely with the Tanzania Airports Authority (TAA) to maintain and improve the safety of Tanzania’s airports. The TCAA also regulates the operation of Tanzania’s airlines and issues licenses to pilots and other aviation personnel.
The Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority (TCAA) conducts interviews with a variety of aviation stakeholders in order to gain insights into the sector. These include representatives from airlines, airports, ground handlers, and other service providers. The TCAA also engages with the public through social media and other platforms to hear their concerns and suggestions.

The Civil Aviation Authority wishes to inform all applicants whose names are listed on the Authority’s website (www.tcaa.go.tz)that the Aptitude Test will be held on 7 and 8 February 2023 at the Headquarters of the Civil Aviation Authority Banana area, Ukonga, Dar es Salaam starting at 3.00 exactly in the morning.

All applicants who are called for the examination should follow the following instructions.
- Submit their ACTUAL CERTIFICATES, starting from birth certificate, form IV, VI, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Degree and continue depending on the applicant’s qualifications.
- Applicants who submit “Testimonials”, “Provisional Results”, “Statement of Results”, form IV and form VI result slips (form IV and form VI results slips) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE WITH THE INTERVIEW)
- Each applicant will pay for their own food, travel and accommodation;
- Each applicant should note the date and time of the interview; and
- For applicants who studied outside of Tanzania, make sure their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities (such as TCU, NACTE or NECTA);
- Applicants whose names did not appear in this announcement should realize that they did not meet the criteria, so do not hesitate to apply again when other positions are announced and comply with the requirements of the relevant announcement.
