Mkulazi Holding Co. Ltd (MHCL) is a company owned by the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) and Prisons Corporation Sole (PCS). The Company was established on 6th September 2016. The main objective of the company is to undertake production of sugar in Tanzania.

OPERATOR – OVERHEAD CRANE (MILL HOUSE RIGGERS) -1 POSITION:
The purpose of this position is to guide cranes during operations and shall be reporting to Supervisor – Shift Boilers.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operates mobile crane;
- Observes load limits;
- Estimates safe loads of equipment/component/material to be lifted;
- Does rigging work;
- Send mobile crane to garage for servicing and repair;
- Communicates any problems to the Supervisor;
- Obeys safety standards;
- Operate fire equipment; and
- Performing any other lawfully duties assigned by supervisor.
Academic Qualifications and Experience:
- Form IV plus Driving Certificate and driving license with two (2) years’ experience.
Salary Scale: B2
