Security Guard 10 Posts at Kilimanjaro Plantation Limited (KPL) February, 2023
Kilimanjaro Plantation Ltd is currently seeking to hire 10 Security Guards. These individuals will join the security team and work in close collaboration with the Head of Security, Managers, Farm Manager, Head of HR & Legal Dept., and/or the MD.
The duties of the security guards will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring the safety and security of all employees, visitors, and contractors on the property
- Conducting regular patrols of the premises
- Monitoring and operating security systems, such as CCTV cameras
- Responding to security incidents and emergencies
- Writing reports on incidents and accidents
The ideal candidates should meet these requirements:
- Mgambo certification,
- Tanzanian Citizenship (within 25-45 years old),
- valid ID from the Ward/Village Executive;
- Tax Payer Number (TIN #);
- Honest & fair past record (no prior criminality convictions);
- Proven experience in security work; NIDA card or number;
- Two guarantors with photos and ID included in the application letter.
