- Recruit and train the customer service resources employees.
- Keep a track of the reported and unsolved complaints and maintain a TAT report.
- Update the service reports on daily basis.
- Dealer mapping for 2S, 3S and MFS.
- Build new dealers, Spare outlets, and Service centers.
- Arrange the training programs & Boda-park Mapping.
- Spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, etc)
- Word Processing and Desktop Publishing Tools (MS Office, Google Docs, etc)
- Presentation Tools (e.g. Google Slides, Power Point, etc)
