I have temporarily suspended the transfer of all staff under the Office of the President PMO-RALG who want to go to the Cities, Municipalities and City Authorities until we are satisfied because there is a City Council or Municipal Council has 2 thousand teachers and then the Rural Councils have 200 teachers but you see those Rural still want to move to a city where there are more teachers so I have suspended it for a while.
Parallel to this ideal would be for those who want to move from urban to rural but not otherwise, minister Ummy has insisted that they are still analyzing the criteria for transferring public servants
but for now the transfer has been suspended
