The Young Talent Recruitment Program (YTRP) is a competitive process designed to identify the best and brightest young talent from across the country. The program is open to all Canadian citizens or permanent residents between the ages of 18 and 30 who have a strong academic track record and demonstrate leadership potential.

At the end of the internship, participants will have the option to apply for a full-time position at the organization.
