Duties and Responsibilities

1. To keep and maintain patient’s records and statistics;
2. To take care of equipments in the unit/department and report any
3. Malfunctions;
4. To carry out occupational therapist duties under supervision;
5. To maintain records and provide written and verbal reports as required;
6. To maintain an accurate record of the services provided to patients;
7. To perform any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Qualifications

Holder of Diploma in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university or institution. Computer literacy is an added advantage.
