Duties and Responsibilities

1. To assist in collection and acquisition of museum collections;
2. To assist in documentation and register museum collections;
3. To assist in storing and conserving museum collections;
4. To assist in evaluation and report the status of museum collections;
5. To participate in preparation of display and publicize collections;
6. To participate in preparation of public education kits in area of specialization;
7. To conduct programs of temporary, special and permanent exhibitions;
8. To execute installation of exhibitions;
9. To prepare, distributes publicity materials, exhibition catalogues and displays;
10. To prepare exhibition plans and reports;
11. To liaise with stakeholders and organizations;
12. To collect and evaluate data in the field of exhibition operations;
13. To coordinate simple research and technical experiments for exhibitions;
14. To prepare new design and models for temporary, special and permanent exhibitions, performances/programs; and
15. To perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Holder of Bachelor Degree in Zoology from a recognized institution.
