Duties and Responsibilities

1. To undergo an induction course in pedagogic skills for those who had none before;
2. To carry out lectures, conduct tutorials, seminars and practical’s for undergraduate programmes;
3. To prepare and present case studies;
4. To conduct and publish/ disseminate research results;
5. To recognize students having difficulties, intervene and provide help and support;
6. To participate in consultancies and community services under supervision;
7. To attend workshops, conferences and symposia; and
8. To perform other duties that may be assigned by the relevant authorities.

Qualifications

Holder of a Master of Science Degree in either Tropical Animal Production or Animal Sciences and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Science from a recognized University with at least a GPA of 4.0 for MSc and 3.8 for the BSc degree.
