**Job Summary:**
The role involves developing and nurturing relationships with affluent customers, expanding the customer base through targeted sales efforts, and delivering exceptional service.
– Deliver high-quality service to the Bank’s affluent customers to drive sales and new business, as well as ensure client retention.
– Operate on a mobile basis, meeting clients at various times and locations.
**Job Description:**
**Accountability: Solution Sales and Relationship Building**
– Achieve sales targets for upgrades, new accounts, assets, liabilities, and other assigned products.
– Conduct detailed needs analyses for existing and potential customers.
– Proactively promote alternative delivery channels and offer tailored financial solutions.
– Increase product penetration and conduct financial planning for customers.
– Manage banking relationships for high net worth customers.
– Regularly visit customers and organize focused social events.
– Manage calling program and report sales progress to the Head of Affluent.
**Accountability: Customer Experience**
– Monitor operational delivery and address systemic failures.
– Log complaints and queries, tracking their resolution.
– Provide quality and professional service to customers.
**Accountability: Compliance and Risk Management**
