Names Called for Census NBS Jobs Interview Various District July 2022

The chairman of the district census committee  would like to announce to all applicants for the temporary position of Census Clerk involving Census Clerk, Content Managers and IT Managers, Kuwa Usahili will be held on from 19th to the 21 2022 and will finally be assigned to job centers who will pass the interview .

Respondents called for interview should adhere to the following instructions | Vitu vya Muhimu kwa Wasailiwa wote wa Ajira za Muda za Sensa :

i. Interviews will be held from 19th to the 21 2022 July, as indicated in this announcement; the time and place at which the interview will take place is specified for each cadre;
ii. Each Interviewee should accurately quote his / her Qualifications and Acquisition interview numbers, those numbers are available in each Applicants account in the job application system;
iii. Each interviewee is required to arrive at the interview area wearing Barakoa;
iv. Every Interviewee should have an ID for identification;
v. Acceptable IDs include: – Resident ID, Voter ID, Citizenship ID or Passport;
vi. Candidates are required to arrive with their REAL CERTIFICATES, starting with birth certificate, Form IV, VI, Diploma, Higher Diploma, Degree and onwards depending on the applicant’s qualifications;
vii. Interviewees who will present “Testimonials. “Provisional Results”, “Statement of results”, Form IV and form VI results slips will not be accepted and will not be allowed to continue with the interview;
viii. Each interviewee will pay for food, transportation and accommodation;
ix. Each interviewee should take into account the date. time and place of the interview;
x. For applicants who have studied outside Tanzania to ensure that their certificates are verified and approved by the relevant Authority (such as TCU, NACTE or NECTA);
xi. Applicants whose names did not appear in this advertisement should note that they did not meet the criteria. therefore, do not hesitate to apply again when vacancies are advertised and comply with the requirements of the relevant advertisement.
xii. For cadres who are required to register with their Professional Boards they must bring their Real Registration Certificates as well as their Licenses to work.
xiii. All interviewees called for an interview should make sure they log into their account and copy the test number as those numbers will not be released on the day of the interview.
xiv. Mobile use will not be allowed in the  test room.

Conclusion

The expectation of the Office is to better organize itself using the limited resources available to timely complete all preparatory activities including: –

• The task of allocating census sites at the local and local level which is the basis for achieving a quality census
• Preparation of census documents;
